SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Most orders are shipped within a few business days to 1 week, but processing times may vary during busy periods.
Vacation Processing Times
If we are on vacation, processing times may be extended to 2–3 weeks. Any vacation periods will be announced on our website banner and social media pages prior to purchase.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
Some shipping methods include tracking, while others do not.
Please note that shipping services such as “Small Packet USA Air” and “Small Packet International Air” do not include tracking information.
We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option if you would like shipment updates and delivery confirmation.
Untracked Shipments
Once an untracked package has been shipped, My Crystal Earth cannot verify its location or delivery status. By selecting an untracked shipping method, the customer accepts the risks associated with shipping without tracking.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost Tracked Packages
If your tracked package appears lost in transit, please contact us at mycrystalearth94@gmail.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
