SHIPPING

orders will be sent out within 1-2 weeks of purchasing. (most likely within a few days - 1 week)

VACATION TIME: when stated that we are on vacation, orders will be sent out within 2-3 weeks. vacation time will be listed on all social media bios and also a banner within the shop. 

mycrystalearth is not responsible for packages with no tracking once shipped. we do suggest buying “tracked” shipping when ordering so you have more information about your order, as standard shipping (for example: small packet usa air & small packet international air) doesn’t come with tracking. 

Please check carefully when entering shipping info. If shipping info was entered wrong, you are responsible to re-pay shipping costs. There will be a couple options if this happens. Please email or DM me on twitter/instagram (@mycrystalearth) to resolve the issue.
