Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or broken. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the damage.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Tips
Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after it has been processed, please first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.
